Its working principle is to separate pollutants from high-temperature gases, convert them into substances, and achieve the purpose of purifying gases. Belongs to the differential contact counter current type. After entering the cabinet spray tower from the lower part of the tower, the high-temperature gas enters the packing layer of the swirl plate. The packaging layer is from the top and spray liquid spray liquid in the front, and form a layer of liquid film packaging. When the gas flows through the gap of the filler, it will contact the filled liquid film and perform absorption or neutralization reaction. The filling layer can provide a sufficiently large surface area without causing excessive resistance to gas flow. After absorption or neutralization, the gas is collected by the demister and discharged outside the tower through the air outlet. Absorbents are the main medium for treating exhaust gases.
Select the performance and concentration of different exhaust gases based on their properties. By calculating the ratio of the molar flow rate of the adsorbent to the inert gas, the gas consumption of the processing unit can be determined. The exhaust is drawn out from the air duct by a fan and passes through the packing layer from bottom to top; The circulating adsorbent is evenly sprayed into the packing layer from the top of the tower through a liquid distributor, flows down along the surface of the packing layer, and enters the circulating water tank. Due to the continuous contact between the rising airflow and the descending adsorbent in the packing, the fluid concentration in the rising airflow decreases and reaches the emission requirement at the top of the tower. The liquid on the liquid film flows into the storage tank under the action of gravity, and is pumped out by the circulation pump for spraying and recovery.

1. Adjustment of circulating water volume: It is determined by the spray tower water supply pump. When one boiler is running, one can be turned on. When two or three pumps are running simultaneously in winter, both pumps should be turned on. The flow rate of the mud pump should be adjusted according to the flow rate of the circulating pump to make it equal.
2. The dosing amount in the spraying tower's dosing pool: When running one boiler, add 2 bags of alkali and 5 bags of hydrated lime. If two or three boilers are running in winter, the dosing amount can be increased by the corresponding multiple.
The sedimentation tank of the spray tower should be cleaned regularly, once a week in summer and once every three days in winter.
4. When discharging from the grey water separator, discharge once per shift and open the discharge valves separately until clear water is discharged.
5. The above rotating components should be regularly inspected and oiled, and any faults should be promptly eliminated to achieve the desulfurization effect of the spray tower.
6. Attention should be paid to self security and mutual security awareness when adding medication up and down stairs.
7. After the work is completed, it is necessary to clean up the area in a timely manner and ensure that the site is clear when people leave.
