Single machine dust collector is a relatively advanced dust removal equipment, which consists of a fan, a filter cartridge filter, and a dust collector in one. The filter cartridge of this PL single machine bag filter is made of inlet polyester fiber, which has many advantages such as high dust removal efficiency, fine dust collection, small size, easy installation and maintenance, and long service life. During the operation of the single machine dust collector, the continuous precipitation of dust on the surface of the filter cylinder in the small PL single machine dust collector gradually forms resistance, which will soon reach saturation on the surface of the filter cylinder. When the saturation allowable resistance value is reached, the electronic control automatic pulse blowback system will perform automatic cleaning. The PL series single machine dust collector is achieved by injecting compressed air. The filter cartridges are cleaned separately in sequence, so air flows during the cleaning process. Therefore, the PL single machine bag filter can work continuously for 24 hours, and the dust removal effect is still good.
The structural characteristics of each component are as follows:
1. The fan components adopt a simulated Guo external centrifugal fan, with high air volume and pressure, a hard fan characteristic curve, and noise reduction measures, resulting in low noise during use.
2. The filter component adopts a flat bag filter with industrial polyester cloth as the filter material. The bag is equipped with a spring steel wire mesh, which has good filtering effect, easy replacement of filter bags, and long service life.
The dust cleaning mechanism of the filter components is driven by an electric motor to drive an eccentric wheel, and the connecting rod makes the bag shake to clean the dust adhering to the outer surface of the filter bag. Its control device is divided into two types: automatic control and manual control. Self control refers to the automatic vibration of the dust cleaning mechanism during continuous operation of the fan, while manual control refers to the automatic operation of the dust cleaning mechanism after the fan stops, which stops after tens of seconds. The dust cleaning motor can also be started at any time as needed to vibrate and clean the dust. The length of the dust cleaning time can be adjusted by the user through the time relay.
4. The filter component is equipped with a wide and sealed quick release access door for easy maintenance and removal of the filter when needed.
5. The air inlet interface on one side above the dust collector can be folded down when needed to increase the area of the air inlet.
6. The unit currently has sixteen specifications, divided into two types: A and B. Type A has ash hopper drawers, while Type B does not have ash hopper drawers. Add flange at the bottom; Directly connected by the user to dust removal equipment such as the folding bin, material pouring port, mixing bin, sandblasting box, and belt transportation turning point, the dust is collected on-site and directly recovered.
