The MDC bag filter and PDC ordinary bag filter are newly developed dust collectors by Hefei Cement Research and Design Institute of Building Materials Bureau. The development of this dust removal equipment is based on the experience of similar equipment and combined with the specific situation in China. The MDC type bag dust collector adopts negative pressure operation and was successfully put into operation at the Water Cut off Plant in Baixian County, Jiangsu Province for dust collection in coal grinding systems. It was a scientific and technological research project during the "Seventh Five Year Plan" period.

MDC/PDC coal mill bag dust collector; Using filter media, the machine body has a structure and is equipped with a pressure relief device, which has performance and is suitable for collecting flammable and explosive dust in coal powder preparation systems. The dust removal equipment has fewer mechanical action parts, less maintenance workload, and is easy to change bags. Due to the use of pulsating chamber cleaning and dust collection, it can operate for a long time with a dust collection efficiency of over 90%. The PDC ordinary dust collector has the same advantages as mentioned above, in addition to its performance. It can be widely used for dust collection of waste gases from cement, electricity, metallurgy, chemical and other industries. Dust collection can be used for dust collection points such as cement mills, raw material mills, mine crushing, material lifting, and transportation.
