Shaanxi bag filter is a dry dust filtering device. It is suitable for capturing small, dry, non fibrous dust.
The filter bag is made of textile filter cloth or non-woven felt, and uses the filtering effect of fiber fabric to filter the dusty gas. When the dusty gas enters the bag filter, the large and heavy dust particles settle down due to gravity and fall into the ash hopper. When the gas containing finer and smaller dust passes through the filter material, the dust is retained, purifying the gas.
The basic structure of Shaanxi bag filter consists of three parts.
1. The intake, exhaust, and blowback system of a bag filter includes an intake duct, intake chamber, blowback valve, blowback pipe, tee pipe, exhaust valve, and exhaust pipe.
2. The bag chamber structure of a bag filter includes an ash hopper, an inspection door, a main body frame, upper and lower flower boards, filter bags, and a bag chamber.
3. The ash discharge system of the bag filter includes an ash discharge valve and a screw conveyor.
