The pulse bag filter requires a compressed air device, which includes compressed air pipelines, gas storage tanks, gas separators, etc. According to the working principle of the pulse dust collector and the structural characteristics of the instruments and components in the dust cleaning control system, it is necessary to limit the pressure of the compressed air entering the air bag and indicate the quality of the air. The level of pressure and temperament can both affect the effectiveness of dust removal.
According to the operating requirements of the dust removal equipment, the compressed air pressure range for dust cleaning is 0.02~0.8MPa. When connecting to an outdoor pipeline network or setting up a separate gas supply system, a pressure reducing device should be installed at the inlet to control the pressure within the required range. The pressure should be stable and uninterrupted. The oil, water and dirt in the compressed air should be, otherwise it will block the air path of the instrument and the hole of the injection pipe, affecting the dust removal effect. If it is sprayed on the filter bag and bonded with the dust, it will also affect the dust removal efficiency.
The gas supply methods for pulse bag dust collectors can be roughly divided into three types: external network gas supply, individual gas supply, and on-site gas supply. The choice of gas supply method should be determined based on the number and distribution of dust collectors, as well as changes in external network pressure and gas volume. External gas supply should be equipped with pressure gauges, pressure reducers, flow meters, oil-water separators, and valves. A dedicated compressed air compressor for dust collectors can be installed in the compressed air station for separate gas supply. Install a small air compressor next to the pulse bag filter for on-site gas supply, which can be used for one or two dust collectors.
Pulse bag filter has multiple specifications, and the size of different specifications is determined by the processing air volume. The air volume under normal operating conditions is considered as the processing air volume, and is designed reasonably according to the usage location and flue gas temperature of the pulse bag filter. If the flue gas temperature has already been determined, but the gas still needs to be cooled by dilution method, then the concept of air volume should also consider the amount of diluted air.
With the possibility of changes in future production processes, the safety factor for the air flow design of pulse bag dust collectors will increase by 5% -10% compared to the normal component before. According to this principle, once the production process is adjusted, the air volume will inevitably increase, resulting in an increase in the filtering air speed of the pulse dust collector, which will cause an increase in equipment resistance and affect the service life of the dust filter bag. At the same time, this will also lead to interlocking reactions of other faults.
On the contrary, if the safety factor of the airflow design of the pulse bag filter is too large, the investment and operating costs will be relatively high. The filtering wind speed will vary with the air volume, type and characteristics of the filter bag, so once the processing air volume is determined, the filtering wind speed will also be determined accordingly, and the filtering area to be passed through will be determined.
Insulation method for pulse bag filter

2、 The insulation material is made of high-temperature glass wool with a density of 32 kilograms per cubic meter.
